Wilhelm Dubuisson,

MD,M.Sc.

Evaluator and Consultant

 

Wilhelm Dubuisson is a doctor born in Haiti. He left his home country in 2007 to work in the United States before settling in Quebec, where he had joined the University of Laval to obtain his Master’s degree in Community Health.

 

He has worked as a consultant for the International Cooperation Centre for Health and Development and for the Centre of Health and Social Services of the Vieille-Capital in Quebec, Canada. Wilhelm has also collaborated with the Population Health Research Unit on the problem of communicating the genetic risk of breast cancer.

 

At present he is working as a planner, programmer, researcher and evaluator at the Health and Social Services Agency in Chaudière-Appalaches in Quebec.
