This is part I of the course on How to be a Successful Evaluation Consultant. This part covers strategic and soft skills. Over five modules, guidance and advice is provided on how to set-up as an evaluation consultant and effectively find work, as well as how to manage, diversify and grow a successful evaluation consultancy. The course is taught by a trainer who has effectively managed his own consultancy since 10 years. Through practical exercises, presentations and case studies, participants will learn and develop key strategic and "soft” skills for becoming a successful evaluation consultant.
